Well Howdy all hope you’re having an exquisite day. Firstly well ya know how mum says I have to be serious and write “Well I’m only 8 and blah blah blah” ok peoples of earth that is seriously rubbish and is well and truly vanished from my humungously highly evolved brain cause you see it is not fair if she gets to be little miss humorous and I do not.(relax the sentence is over now)

All right now for the unexpected encounter. On Wednesday 19th of august 2009 they handed out awards for the UNSW competition awards and papers. At first I thought I would get participation but I didn’t. Next I thought credit. But I didn’t. So I thought yay distinction! Guess what? I didn’t! Next everyone was saying “High distinction High distinction”. But I thought “This could not possibly be happening, they must have missed me”. A moment later what did I hear but Mr R calling out “High Distinction to Zoe M” plus two other people out of the school. As I walked back I noticed lots of people especially Mrs N, my class
teacher, smiling. At me.

My results were:
Top 1% of the state in my grade including ACT
One question incorrect out of thirty
and as you know, high distinction!

I’m lucky as mum had a box of cable candy in the car just for me. She also had a new power pack for this computer which is obviously why this post is written AND it was shopping night which is where I got my stobgoppers from. I’m so lucky aren’t I moon Martians? oh sorry Peoples of Earth!

Finally Tony’s back from Las Vegas. He was away for four weeks and he came back one week ago. He brought back some presents. He got Aidan a toy flying fortress plane, a toy raptor plane and an airman first class coin. He got me a Las Vegas snow globe, a newborn kneading kitten Fur real toy and an airman first class coin, too. He got mum some DVD’s. Oh and by the way my last post was called typing off my head because that’s basically what I was doing. And if you didn’t know i’m famous now because all the 16 or so comments I got in one simple post. (Mum’s jealous now hehehe)

Thankyou to everyone who did leave me a comment and made me famous. I’m only 8 and I was grounded from the computer so I don’t have enough time to respond to all of them, but I did have time to read them!

Goodbye and..

Gutin Morn everybody (means good morning in German.And this time its me, Zoe kid who’s typing ). Mum and I recently went to Victoria to see family and MUM’s friends. We came back last Thursday. We saw my cousins Stella and Wil and Max and Isaac and we went to Stella’s 1st birthday party. Her actual birthday is today so basically she is turning 1 today!

And also at school i have been practising guitar for ANZAC day ceremony. I am going to play with about 14 people, luckily most of them are in my class. so me and all the other 14 people are going to play with two parts recorder. I got a blister from playing guitar lol. I’m really excited!!!
